Sneaker culture is something that is still finding ground for spreading its roots in India. People love to wear sneakers in India but there are only a handful of individuals who worship sneakers and its culture like GOD. Sneakers are something which is bought as idols with personal attachments.
I have listed my personal favorite sneakers below. If you love sneakers too and wish to spread its reach in India then mention some of your personal favorites.

Since its inception, converse canvas all star shoes have received the love they deserve and that too for all the right reasons. Converse shoes are known for their simple but elegant design which goes with every attire whether casual, semi-casual and even formal (as clearly visible from major celebrity Instagram posts). Both high and low lace-up styled shoes have built their presence and are still a staple selection for everyday wear. Available in different colors like grey and white with many new additions made in recent times, but the classic black and the white colorway is my jam (and I’m willing to bet upon it’s yours too). No replacement has been found for the classic BLACK CONVERSE ALL STAR shoes because immense love and praise they have garnered from their fans.
AIR JORDAN 1 (HIGH AND LOW)
I guess if you are reading this article you must be aware of the name MICHAEL JORDAN and the classic AIR JORDAN 1 sneakers. Every major sneaker fan in the world surely owns the classic Air Jordan 1s high or low edition with the OG RED and BlACK colorway. Known as the sneaker game-changer, AJs led to huge waves of success and sales upon its release and is not giving up any time soon. NIKE Air Jordan is the most famous sneaker line up which has released some amazing pair of shoes making sneakerheads weak in their knees.
I remember when I first saw the pair online. It was an instant connection that ignited a fire in my heart (cliche). I knew instantly I was in love. But the AJs continued to improve, introducing new sneakers with vibrant colors and designs. Overlays were changed, materials improved and new combinations were added to give the pairs a new look.
It’s 2020 and there is no end to their success spree. New releases are on their way but as they say, first love is first love which cannot be forgotten. AIR JORDAN 1 is still my one true love.
NEW BALANCE 997
NEW BALANCE is known for its amazing and comfortable sneaker line with many pairs launched in recent years. With many new pairs which have come and gone but NEW BALANCE, 997 has been my personal favorite which many of you can agree with. The pair delivers everything which one desires from a sneaker brand like comfort and style. According to me, the overall appeal and fitting are the best features that attracted me to them. Moreover, the feel they provide when paired with straight jeans and tee makes them all the more desirable and must for your personal wardrobe. I am sure you will feel amazing upon taking a look at yourself in the mirror.
ADIDAS BOOST
I will not say much about ADIDAS BOOST and its various successors. Some main points which are worth listening (in my case reading and remembering) are their world-class design, unparalleled BOOST technology, fitting as well as style. They deliver necessary comfort making them my personal favorite under the athleisure section of the wardrobe.
Looking for a pair which is fit for casual and gym wear then go for ADIDAS BOOST.
